Therefore, we designed something quick, simple, and powerful, a custom Chrome extension created specifically for WAWCD customers. It's more than just convenience; it’s about real-time automation with sharper focus and real expansion.

The Struggles We Noticed: WAWCD Clients Were Doing Too Much Manually
Before the expansion, WAWCD clients appreciated the platform but were conducting more research than necessary.
The stories kept coming up:
- "I keep switching between WhatsApp Web and WAWCD tabs... It's exhausting."
- "I just want to send a quick message without opening the full dashboard."

We did not want to develop a browser extension that was generic.
This was designed by us for WAWCD users and based on the way they work.

It's easy to access the WAWCD dashboard is just a click away, right on the browser toolbar. There is no need to look up to type URLs or sign in multiple times.
2⃣ Instant Message Templates
Users are able to save the most frequently used messages in the extension and can send them via WhatsApp Web, without having to open the whole WAWCD panel.
3⃣ Quick Broadcast Trigger
Got a list ready? Click the extension to pick a template, then start a program in just a few seconds. Boom.
4⃣ Real-Time Smart Alerts
The extension is synced with Smart Inbox and sends pop-up notifications when the latest message is received. There are no more lost leads or delays in responses.
5⃣ Chat Export in One Tap
Agents are able to download instantaneously the chat logs of their customers (in either PDF or CSV formats) to backup reports, backups and CRM uploads.
6⃣ Privacy Shortcuts & Secure Logout
